The road to winter. Fog pictures

 
Last week I went  to the mountains so here we have some fog pictures, The road to winter is the first image posted, i will talk a bit about it. I thought that the early winter mood is very well rendered by the combination of warm and cold colours (autumn leaves on the ground and misty haze in the background). The presence of a walker provides an extra touch of life and the forrest road guides the eyes through the intire image. I hope you do like "The road to winter",  the second image (i don't have a name for it yet: ) creates a more strong impact to the viewer. The low key and the fog work out an overwhelming feeling which takes the viewer into a Tarkovskian movie mood. My next post will bring a few more fog pictures, so stay tuned.
