Hi and welcome to Carpathian Mountains gallery. Today's free pictures were taken near Bucegi Mountains - They are part of the Southern Carpathians  group of the Carpathian Mountains. Located in the central part of Romania, south of the city Brasov. This Carpathian Mountains are well known for their beautiful landscapes and spectacular rock figures ( Babele and Sphinx ) formed due to the wind an water corrosion.     My father’s family was from near the Carpathian Mountains. Your pictures are very nice.
